The class diagram of the reference implementation is reported in Figure 1. For all the required functionalities, you have to optimize theaverage case complexity. Citizens are identified by their Codice Fiscale and are characterized by some anagraphic data, their health and mobile phone numbers, the number of shots they already received, the last vaccination date and a lower bound date for the next shot.
