Exercise 1: Exercise 2: Exercise 3: Exercise 1 (12 points) You work as the software developer of a molecular simulation program. In this program, a set of point-like particles with negligible mass move freely within the boundaries of a two-dimensional, continuous rectangular space, which will be referred to as “box” from now on. The four boundaries of the box lie at coordinatesxmin, xmax, ymin, ymax of the 2D Cartesian plane.
