The capacity of the recycling plant is about 12000 t/year, including notebook, cathode ray tubes (televisions, computer monitors), fridges an d freezers. The company is now evaluating the possibility to process mobile phones in a dedicated line, including an automated disassembly cell and sorting unit in order to recover the valuable components (e.g. rare earth and precious metal rich). WEEE Recycling Ltd. entrusts your company to undertake this analysis, with the aim to evaluate the economic feasibility.
