These are industrial products They do not realize directly the final product, but the machines which will produce other industries homebred They start production in the 90’s, they had the machines in wood , now they have an automatic line; every operator and every engineer has to t a k e a bread course, it’s important to know the core business of the company Some features of Sottoriva S.p.a.: - 1 production plant - Fabrication and assembly - Internal R&D department - 100 employees - 15 million € annual turno ver - 85% of export production - 1 commercial office in the USA 2 T YPES OF PRODUCTS Machines standalone solutions, related to smaller companies and shops Industrial plant s ar e related to companies with higher production , to have thousands of bread every day M ACHINES - Mixers - Dividers - Rounders - Moulders These are the basic machines for a bakery.
