1. Service
Studwiz organises university study materials shared by the community. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, it is not affiliated with the universities or lecturers mentioned and does not guarantee that any material is up to date, complete or aligned with a course's assessment methods.
2. Accounts
Users are responsible for their credentials and for activity carried out through their account. Fake accounts used to manipulate ratings, bypass limits, send spam or harm other users are prohibited.
3. Study materials
Anyone who uploads a file states that they are allowed to share it and grants Studwiz a non-exclusive licence to store, process, index, display and make it accessible within the service. The separate publishing terms also apply.
4. Permitted use
Study materials are intended for personal study. Aggressive scraping, bypassing security measures, unauthorised commercial redistribution and uses that breach the law or third-party rights are prohibited.
5. Moderation
We may reclassify, rename, reject, restrict or remove content and suspend accounts in the event of violations, risks or substantiated requests. Moderation reduces abuse but does not constitute absolute prior review.
6. Advertising
The service may display advertising, including Google AdSense ads. The presence of an advertisement does not imply endorsement of the product or advertiser by Studwiz.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Studwiz is not liable for academic outcomes, errors in study materials, temporary interruptions or misuse of content. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Operator and applicable law
The service is operated by Premium ADV, VAT PL5272950014, ul. Bluszczanska 21, 00-712 Warszawa, Poland. Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction provided by law.
