PoliBet is a general- purpose bookmaker for sport events, while SoccerBet is specialized in soccer bets. Currently they have two distinct databases (i.e., one data source for each company) and two distinct web sites. The two companies want to create one single website, called PoliWebBet. The new web site allows gamblers to bet using both companies. The owners of PoliBet and SoccerBet are sure that the new integrated web site will increase customer satisfaction and hence also the income of both companies.
