Attracted by the extent of the potential market, an entrepreneur propos es a disposable cardboard package with opening vents to allow the passage of the vapor generated by the baked food and a laminated foil of metal (or other thermally insulating material) to keep the food warm. To assist the entrepreneur , some data and information need to be retrieved to support efficiently the technical development of its concept and to drive consistently the decision making process.
