As manager we are aiming to manage almost everything, that is different from being a leader. In the following lines we will discuss in which way a manager is different from a leader, remarking the fact that a good manager doesn’t mean that you are a good leader and vice versa. Introducing the differences, the main one is that a leader is more human oriented, so it’s not important that he has specific skills (a technical background), while a manager must own specific skills.
