BEM01 – Excel and Weather Data 13/03/17 In these exercises, Excel software will be used as first to analyze data given by TRNSYS simulation and secondly to realize input files that will be used in Simulation Studio. Be aware that the comma for decimals, should be changed in dot/full stop. The use of macros can be seen as an advanced use of Excel to pre-/post-processing data. The use of the macros is allowed reducing the security properties in Excel by changing the setting options: Tools > Options > Security > Macro Security > Medium (You can choose whether or not to run potentially unsafe macros.)
